Account details (name, email, optional phone), your access keys and plan history, the generations you run (tool, inputs, outputs), files you upload, and manual payment receipts you submit.
To operate your account, enforce plan access and limits, run AI generations through our providers, and provide support. Payment receipts are visible only to admins.
Generation requests and uploaded media are sent to AI providers (ComfyOnline / Sjinn and the underlying models) to produce your results.
We keep account and job records while your account is active. Contact us to request deletion of your account and associated data.
Passwords are hashed, sessions are protected, and admin areas require an admin role. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
